Job summary

LPL Financial's Global Capability Center in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Release Engineer to own end-to-end release lifecycles across products and global teams. You will drive release planning, CI/CD automation, governance, and cloud deployment strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You’ll work with GitHub Actions, SonarQube and AWS, coordinate with distributed teams, and implement DevSecOps practices while mentoring others to continuously improve release processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Build Engineering, or Release Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Release Management and CI/CD tools.
• Expertise in GitHub Actions and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience implementing and supporting SonarQube quality-gate processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and deployment models.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide release processes across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
