Job summary

You will design, build, and evolve platform capabilities that boost developer productivity and engineering effectiveness across the organization. The role requires hands-on coding in .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and Python, with cloud-native solutions, container orchestration, and AWS/Azure expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end application development.

The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership of their work, applies sound engineering judgment, and continuously seeks to learn and improve.Technical Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end application development using .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and Python.Experience building and supporting cloud-hosted web, mobile, and microservice-based applications.Experience working with container orchestration platforms such as EKS or OpenShift.Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including services such as:EKS, IAM, API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, EventBridge, Step Functions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines etc.,Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Git-based workflows, and CI/CD automation.Preferred QualificationsFull stack developer who has built Internal Developer Platform or reusable frameworks.Experience with self-service automation, templates, or scaffolding frameworks.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Growth mindset, strong ownership, and effective communication skills.ResponsibilitiesEngineering & DevelopmentDesign, develop, and enhance cloud-native, full-stack solutions for internal developer platforms, self-service automation, and tooling.Contribute to solution design discussions, technical reviews, and architectural decisions under the guidance of tech leads and architects.Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code across web, API, and mobile platforms.Agile Delivery & CollaborationActively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, PI Planning, and sprint execution.Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Project Managers on estimations, deliverables, and milestone commitments.Collaborate closely with engineers, platform teams, cloud, security, and quality engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.Partner effectively with distributed engineering and platform teams across the U.S., ensuring alignment on design, delivery, and timelines.
