Qualifications

• Certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation, MS 365 Fundamentals and MS Access Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts.
