Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a service specialist for Chiller systems. The role focuses on ensuring maximum uptime through preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and smooth commissioning while adhering to OEM standards and delivering customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in Chiller Service, HVAC maintenance, and commissioning, with strong knowledge of Screw/Centrifugal chillers, PLC panels, VFDs, and pumps.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in chiller service and HVAC maintenance.
• Solid understanding of Screw/Centrifugal chillers, PLC panels, VFDs, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for chiller breakdowns and ensure RCA + resolution within TAT
• Execute scheduled PM activities as per OEM/service SOPs to reduce failures
• Support installation checks, testing, and commissioning of new chiller installations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical faults in chillers, pumps, cooling towers
• Coordinate with contractors, customers, and internal sales/project/service teams for smooth execution
• Prepare service reports, PM checklists, handover docs and ensure timely closure of service calls in CRM
• Strictly follow safety norms, lockout-tagout, and OEM guidelines on-site
