Job summary

Motherson Group is seeking a maintenance professional to execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant equipment in our Pune facility. You will minimize downtime through strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, ensure timely closure of breakdowns, and sustain utility availability for uninterrupted production.

You will lead TPM initiatives, drive machine improvements, and implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and OEE optimization to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment.
• Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure timely closure of breakdowns and maintenance work orders.
• Monitor machine health and recommend improvement actions.
• Maintenance of Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, DG Sets, HVAC systems, and Electrical Panels.
• Monitor utility consumption and improve energy efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities for production.
• Lead TPM activities and machine improvement projects.
• Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, OEE improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Participate in breakdown analysis and CAPA implementation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and identify root causes.
• Close breakdowns and update maintenance work orders promptly.
• Monitor machine health and propose improvements.
• Maintain air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, HVAC, and electrical panels.
• Track utilities usage and drive energy efficiency.
• Ensure utilities are continuously available for production.
• Lead TPM activities and machine-improvement projects.
• Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, OEE improvements, and cost-reduction measures.
