Job summary

G R Infraprojects in Jalandhar, Punjab, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support Vertical Leads with day-to-day activities, ensure quality, and collect data for machine performance and client reporting.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, on-time deployment of machines, timely escalations, and clear progress updates to the P&E Lead and other stakeholders. Diplomas or degrees in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 2-3 years experience.
• BE/B.Tech with 1-2 years experience.
• M.Tech with min. 1 year experience in handling machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of equipment for their respective sub-function.
• Ensure zero-breakdown of machines/ systems.
• Ensure that the deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Raise timely escalations to ensure minimal system/ equipment related delays.
• Identify opportunities for reducing the TAT for P&E processes at the plant location.
• Ensure on time deployment of right machines at the plant location.
• Provide daily progress to Vertical Lead - P&E or the concerned person who has assigned the task/ activity for completion.
• Ensure proper communication with people involved in the assigned activities and request for assistance/ support for resolving any issues.
• Capture accurate information through the DPR and other reporting mechanisms.
