Job summary

Unisys is seeking a senior Power Platform professional to design, build, and govern enterprise solutions using the Microsoft stack. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, with strong emphasis on governance, ALM, and cross‑team collaboration.

Applicants should have 6–10 years in enterprise consulting and hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, Azure integration, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, C#).

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' experience consulting or in enterprise customer arena.
• 6–10 years designing, developing and supporting applications on Microsoft stack with 5+ years Power Platform.
• 2–3 years' experience with Power BI development and M365/SharePoint Online administration.
• Extensive Power Platform design/implementation experience including Canvas and model‑driven Power Apps.
• Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse modelling, and integration with SharePoint/Teams/Outlook/SQL.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and C# for extensions.
• Power BI core skills: M, data modelling, DAX, visuals, deployment pipelines, and embedding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Power Platform solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead ALM, pipelines, and source control for Power Platform projects.
• Engage with customers, explain technical concepts in business terms, and build trust.
• Ensure governance, environments strategy and tenant governance are followed.
• Provide hands-on migration of legacy automations to Power Platform.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

• 6–10 years' experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
• 6–10 years' experience designing, developing and supporting business applications on the Microsoft stack, with 5+ years hands‑on in Microsoft Power Platform
• 2–3 years' experience with Power BI development and M365 / SharePoint Online administration
• Extensive experience designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including: Canvas and model‑driven Power Apps (responsive design, Power Fx, component libraries, PCF controls)Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), approvals, error handling and run monitoring Dataverse data modelling, relationships, business rules, security roles, plug‑ins and custom APIs Standard, premium and custom connectors; integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault) and REST APIs Copilot Studio agents and AI Builder models embedded in apps and flows Environment strategy, DLP policies, managed environments, CoE Starter Kit and tenant governance ALM — solution layering, Power Platform Pipelines / Azure DevOps, Power Platform CLI and source control
• Extensive experience writing, editing and maintaining PowerShell scripts (including Power Platform admin and Power BI management modules); working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and C# for extensions
• Power BI core skills: Power Query (M) ingestion and transformation, dataflows, on‑premises data gateway Star‑schema data modelling, DAX measures, calculation groups and performance tuning Report and dashboard design — visuals, bookmarks, drill‑through, mobile layouts, accessibility Row‑level security, workspaces, apps, deployment pipelines, scheduled refresh and tenant settings Embedding Power BI in Power Apps / Teams with write‑back via Power Automate; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online lists and libraries as application data sources and document repositories
• Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional and technical requirements
• Face‑to‑face customer engagement skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
• Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the team
• Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting (flow failures, delegation and app performance, DAX/query performance)
• Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) and/or PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) certification highly desired
• Hands‑on experience migrating legacy automations (Nintex, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows, MS Access) to Power Platform
