Job summary

Johnson Electric in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu seeks a PLC Programming & Troubleshooting specialist with hands-on experience across Siemens TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GX Works, and Allen-Bradley Studio 5000. You will implement control logic, tune parameters, and diagnose faults in automated lines.

Responsibilities include VFD/servo drive configuration, HMI/SCADA screen development, alarm management, data logging, and integration with PROFINET/EtherCAT/DeviceNet networks.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least two PLC platforms and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience configuring VFDs and servo drives.
• Developed HMI/SCADA screens with alarms and data logging.

Responsibilities

• Programming PLCs across Siemens TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GX Works, and AB Studio 5000.
• Configure VFDs/servo drives, perform auto-tuning and fault diagnosis.
