Job summary

Exiga Solutions in Trivandrum is seeking a Sr. Drupal Developer to lead enterprise Drupal 10/11 projects, guiding delivery, quality, and client communication.

You will work onsite with the India team and coordinate with the US client team to ensure successful outcomes. You will mentor junior developers, manage cross-time-zone collaboration, and own release coordination, testing, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508).

Qualifications

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Drupal Developer to lead Drupal development, project delivery, and technical coordination for enterprise web projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands‑on expertise in Drupal 10/11 development with leadership, project coordination, quality assurance, accessibility, and client communication skills.

This role will serve as the primary technical liaison between the India-based development team and the US-based client team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding junior developers, managing project delivery across time zones, ensuring technical quality, and supporting complex integrations across Drupal, Acquia, Akamai, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager environments.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Management

• Manage and mentor junior developers to ensure successful delivery of sprint and project deadlines
• Review and approve junior developers' code, pull requests, and technical deliverables
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the India development team and US-based client stakeholders
• Manage asynchronous communication across multiple time zones and ensure timely responses, project updates, and escalations
• Coordinate development activities and ensure alignment between technical teams and client requirements

Project Administration

• Track and manage team hours to support accurate monthly billing and invoicing reports
• Ensure consistent and accurate hour logging across active tickets and projectsMaintain required Eastern Time overlap availability during active ticket support and client collaboration
• Monitor project progress and communicate delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders

Quality & Delivery

• Lead QA and regression testing activities before and after ticket and feature releases
• Own release coordination, deployment validation, and rollback decisions when required
• Ensure code quality and development standards are consistently maintained across projects
• Enforce accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 compliance
• Ensure web applications meet performance, security, cross-browser compatibility, and usability standards
• Review and validate deliverables before production deployment

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Drupal themes, Twig templates, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and reusable frontend components
• Develop custom Drupal modules, integrations, configurations, and Webforms
• Work extensively with Drupal 10/11, including themes, modules, Views, Webforms, configuration management, caching, and permissions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving Drupal, Acquia, Akamai, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and caching layers
• Build and maintain integrations between Drupal applications and external platforms and services
• Perform database synchronization, database pulling, cloning, and environment management activities
• Ensure frontend implementations meet accessibility requirements and provide consistent experiences across modern browsers

Platform & Integration Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce form integrations, lead routing, submission errors, and integration workflows
• Support Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) event tracking, form tracking, campaign configuration, and QA validation
• Manage Git-based development workflows including branching, pull requests, code reviews, releases, and rollback procedures
• Collaborate with technical and client teams to diagnose integration issues and ensure reliable data flow across connected platforms

Required Skills
