A leading IT consulting firm in Pune is seeking a skilled Drupal Developer. The role requires 3+ years of experience in web technologies, including CSS frameworks, Drupal theming, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to provide development guidance, ensure timely code delivery, and evaluate system functionalities. Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in CSS frameworks like Zurb Foundation/Bootstrap.
• 3+ years of experience with Drupal 8 theming using Twig.
• 3+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile-first development and Drupal 8 site building.
• Experience with version control systems such as GIT (Github/BitBucket).
• Basic working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Drush and Composer for dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on development guidance and supports development tasks.
• Reviews code to ensure it meets company standards.
• Works with the development team to ensure timely code delivery.
• Escalates and monitors issues when dealing with external vendors.
• Takes ownership of escalated support issues and resolves problems.
• Evaluates functionality of technology and recommends upgrades.
• Ability to work as an escalated 'on call' as required.
• Documents and updates standard work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides hands‑on development guidance and assists in development tasks
• Reviews code to ensure it follows HNI Standards
• Works with development team (onsite and offshore) to ensure timely code delivery
• Escalates and monitors issues when dealing with external vendors
• Takes ownership of escalated support issues and finds resolution to problems
• Evaluates functionality of technology and systems. Recommends upgrading of appropriate systems and new technologies as required
• Ability to work as an escalated “on call” as required
• Ability to document and update standard work

Experience
