Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering, CS or IT; Master's in Software Engineering.
• ITIL V3 Foundation and ServiceNow Developer certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and development modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality.
• Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
