Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant, Salesforce Leankor Developer to extend and optimize enterprise-grade managed packages. You will design architectures atop Leankor, build advanced Apex and LWC components, and guide deployment with Copado or Gearset in a hybrid Indian delivery model.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders to ensure scalable data models, namespace governance, and robust CI/CD processes while delivering high-impact solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA required with Salesforce development experience.
• Strong focus on Field Service and Salesforce FSL architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and external integrations.
• Salesforce certifications are desirable (Platform Developer I/II, FSL).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale managed packages.
