Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru invites applications for a Lead Consultant, Salesforce Developer- Agent Force to design, develop, and implement solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS, with hands-on development of Agentforce.

You will collaborate across teams to deploy scalable AI-driven Salesforce solutions, mentor juniors, and ensure performance and reliability in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in cloud data engineering and multiple cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Salesforce Developer- Agent Force. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS primarily. Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Agentforce Development: Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
• Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows.
• Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms.
• Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
• Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
• Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
