Job summary

Genpact in Pune, India is seeking a Sr. Developer for Oracle CPQ Cloud to design, develop, and optimize CPQ solutions. You will configure catalogs, pricing rules, and workflows, integrate with CRM/ERP, and implement BML scripts. The role requires strong API experience and knowledge of QTC/OTC processes.

Hybrid work model in India, with collaboration across cross-functional teams, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment support. Strong debugging and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Expertise in Product Configuration Pricing Rules, Commerce Processes, Document Designer, Approval Workflows, and BML scripting.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ REST APIs and Web Services.
• Knowledge of integrations with Salesforce CRM, Oracle CX, Oracle ERP, SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience with SQL and data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure Product Catalogs, Attributes, BOM Mapping, and Pricing Rules.
• Develop and maintain Configuration Flows, Constraint Rules, Recommendations, and Validation Rules.
• Build and customize Commerce Processes, Approval Workflows, and Quote Documents.
• Develop BML scripts and advanced customizations.
• Integrate Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Create technical specifications, design documents, and user documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
