CSB Bank is seeking a credit professional in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to appraise, recommend and approve credit proposals within delegated authority. The role involves reviewing delinquent cases, documenting learnings, and contributing to risk management frameworks with local insights.

The incumbent will monitor NPAs, participate in policy and process improvements based on competitive feedback, and support system integration plans while engaging with customers on PD visits and addressing gaps through

Qualifications

• Experience of 1–5 years in credit/loan approvals or related banking functions.

• Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
• Implement system integration plans
• Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
• Customer visits for PD
• Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.
• Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
