Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Hyderabad invites a Senior SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Consultant with 10+ years of SAP PP/QM experience and multiple S/4 HANA rollout projects. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive end-to-end implementations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, data migration, and cutover activities. On-site travel may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM
• End-to-end implementation / rollout experience in S/4 HANA
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP module: BOM, Material recipes, Production Versions, Planning, MRP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM module: master data, procurement, production, customer complaint, calibration, vendor quality
• Experience with SAP Fiori Analytical Apps for PP/QM
• Ability to gather requirements, design, implement and optimize SAP solutions
• Ability to conduct system testing including integration and UAT
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technical teams
• Willingness to relocate/on-site if required

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Consultant with in-depth knowledge of business process. The ideal candidate should have min 10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM and must have been involved in S/4 HANA implementations and rollouts

• The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Should have extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM module and will be responsible for requirements gathering, designing, implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• At least 2 End to End Implementation / Rollouts experience in S/4 HANA
• Working knowledge of SAP PP module, including Bill of material, Resource, Material recipe, Production Versions, Sales and Operation, Planning, Demand Management, Master Production, Scheduling, Material Requirement, Planning, Planned order conversion, Process order, Rework
• Working knowledge of SAP QM module, including ,master data, important process like Procurement, Production, Customer complaint, Calibration, vendor returns, Vendor quality evaluation, Source inspection..
• SAP Fiori Analytical Apps for Production Planning and Quality Management,
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business process owners and technical teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
• Handled data loading including Master data and Transactional data as part of Cut over activities and working knowledge of LTMC
• Consultant should be ready to move to onsite if required.
