Job summary

Quess Corp Ltd. seeks a Sr Consultant Infrastructure Engineer (Digital Employee Experience) to lead the enterprise strategy for digital endpoint experience. You will leverage telemetry, automation, and DEX platforms to boost device performance and employee productivity across the organization.

The role requires coordinating with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to drive data-driven improvements, establish KPIs, and build governance for endpoint monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and optimization of DEX platforms, endpoint analytics, and device health monitoring solutions
• Establish device experience baselines, KPIs, and service health metrics
• Drive improvements in boot times, app responsiveness, and endpoint reliability
• Design proactive remediation, automation, and self-healing capabilities to reduce support demand
• Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams on data-driven experience improvements
• Define architecture standards and governance frameworks for endpoint monitoring platforms
• Build executive dashboards to track device experience trends and business outcomes
• Mentor engineers and build organizational capability in DEX and workplace engineering
