Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Consultant – Data Analytics to join the Analytics & Insights Experience team. You will deliver data engineering, analytics, and API solutions that transform raw data into scalable structures and actionable insights, working with data scientists and project teams.

The role blends hands-on development with solution design, mentoring, and client collaboration. You will build data pipelines, REST services, and cloud solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Kubernetes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or closely related field.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying containerized applications in Kubernetes-enabled environments.
• 2+ years of experience developing REST services and APIs using Python, C#, Node.js, or Java.
• CKAD certification is preferred.
• Google Cloud Certified Apigee API Engineer certification is preferred.

Position Purpose

The Consultant – Data Analytics is part of the TTEC Digital Analytics & Insights Experience (AIX) team, responsible for delivering data engineering, analytics, and API solutions that enable clients to transform raw transactional data into scalable, usable data structures and actionable insights.

The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with solution design, project delivery, mentoring, and client collaboration. The Consultant will work closely with Data Scientists, Project Leads, Managers, and other technical teams across implementation, modernization, migration, and cloud‑based data engineering projects.
