Job summary

United Knowledge Education Consultants seeks an experienced counselor to advise Indian students on abroad study options, courses and admission requirements. You will conduct telephonic and walk-in counseling, assist with visa processes, and engage with foreign universities and delegates at fairs.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in the overseas education domain, strong communication and sales aptitude, and the ability to tailor guidance to individual needs while helping to build the StudyIn brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any subject.
• 2-7 years of experience in Overseas Education domain.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding universities, courses, admission requirements, and entrance exams.
• Provide telephonic counseling to leads and invite them for in-person counseling at the office.
• Assist students with visa requirements and documentation.
• Meet foreign university delegates and represent the company at international education fairs.
• Liaise with universities and university officers to gather information and updates.
• Contribute to developing the StudyIn brand and outreach efforts.
• Be flexible to meet individual student needs with personalized attention.
• Maintain reliability and meet deadlines with strong communication and influencing skills.

Advice/ Counselstudents regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements,entrance exams, scholarship in abroadUniversities for Indian students.

Provide information ondesired courses in destination information based on needs aspirations.

Provide telephoniccounseling to the leads of all resources invite them to walk in to theoffice for counseling.

Assist students withvisa requirements.

Meet foreignuniversity delegates.

Representing companyduring International Education Fairs and events.

Liaising withuniversities and university officers.

Contributing todeveloping StudyIn brand.

Be flexible and ableto meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention

Reliable/Good athitting deadlines.

Good communication andinfluencing skills. Aware of local language.

Experience is Studyabroad/ overseas Education industry would be given preference
