Job summary

Canoe Consulting Services is hiring a counsellor to guide students and parents through study abroad options from Kolkata. You will assess profiles and tailor country, course and intake recommendations, while addressing queries and guiding them through the application process.

You will maintain CRM records, conduct timely follow-ups, and work toward conversion targets, coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1 year or more counselling experience.
• Excellent verbal skills and confident in consultations.
• CRM experience and ability to maintain follow-ups.
