Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) who can bridge the gap between business operations and data insights. The role requires a mix of domain expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to drive process improvements and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across RCM functions (medical billing, AR, aging, and collections).
• Perform detailed analysis of AR, AR days, aging reports, production, and quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand workflows and recommend process improvements (AS-IS / TO-BE analysis).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Use advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting automation.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in US Healthcare / RCM domain.
