Job summary

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) seeks a diligent Analyst to own the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirement documents and change requests. You will ensure accurate capture, authentication, and tracking, coordinating with IT and operations while keeping the VP– Operations updated on status, risks and issues.

The role focuses on bringing sanity to a fragmented requirements ecosystem, reducing ad-hoc requests, and ensuring BRD/CRs are captured, authenticated, tracked, and closed

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or Master's in Information Systems/Computer Applications preferred.
• Graduate in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Certification in BA/Agile/ITSM is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BRD/CR lifecycle from requirement capture to closure.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations to ensure builds match requirements.

Job Description

The Analyst will own the end-to-end lifecycle of BusinessRequirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs) originating fromOperations — from accurate requirement capture and formal stakeholderauthentication, through to coordination with the IT team on development, andtracking to closure. The Analyst will act as the disciplined, documentedinterface between external stakeholders, internal Operations units, and IT,ensuring that what is built matches what was actually required, and that the VP– Operations is kept informed of status, risk, and issues at every stage.

The role exists to bring and maintain process sanity to acurrently fragmented requirement-and-change ecosystem — reducing ad hoc,undocumented requests to IT, and ensuring every BRD/CR is captured,authenticated, tracked, and closed through a single, transparent, auditableprocess.

Requirements

• Graduatein Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management, or arelated discipline from a recognised institution.
  
• MBA/PGDMor Master's in Information Systems/Computer Applications preferred.
  
• Certificationin Business Analysis (CBAP/ECBA/CCBA), Agile/Scrum (CSPO/PSPO), or IT ServiceManagement (ITIL) is a strong advantage.
