Job summary

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is seeking an Analyst to own end-to-end BRD and CR lifecycle from requirement capture to closure, coordinating with IT and Operations to ensure alignment with needs and transparency for the VP Operations.

The role aims to streamline the currently fragmented requirement-change ecosystem, reducing ad hoc requests and ensuring all BRD/CRs are captured, authenticated, tracked, and closed in a single process.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management from a recognised institution.
• MBA/PGDM or Master's in Information Systems/Computer Applications preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/ECBA/CCBA), Agile/Scrum (CSPO/PSPO), or IT Service Management (ITIL) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of BRDs and CRs originating from Operations—from accurate requirement capture and stakeholder authentication to coordination with IT and tracking to closure.
• Act as the disciplined interface between external stakeholders, internal Operations units, and IT to ensure what is built matches what was required, and keep the VP– Operations informed of status, risk, and issues.
• Maintain a single, auditable process to reduce ad hoc requests and ensure BRD/CR are captured, authenticated, tracked, and closed.

Job Description

Requirements

• Graduatein Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management, or arelated discipline from a recognised institution.
