Job summary

Techture is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer MEP to lead BIM workflows for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will manage modelling, clash detection, and data coordination across disciplines, using ACC/BIM360 to collaborate with project teams and maintain documentation.

You will review As-Built Drawings, extract MEP quantities from Revit, align activities with the project schedule, and mentor engineers on BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM experience in MEP domain.
• Experience with ACC/BIM360 and CDE platforms.
• Strong clash-detection and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP modelling and drawings across disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting).
• Review As-Built Drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Extract MEP quantities from Revit models for estimating.

Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Engineer MEP to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in BIM engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and if you are passionate about driving innovation in the industry, we invite you to be a part of our forward-thinking team.

This role is open for all these location - =PUNE

• Demonstrate expertise in working with a CDE platform such as ACC/BIM360.
• Utilize the platform for effective collaboration and project data management.
• Conduct clash detection for all trades and provide technical resolutions to clients.
• Address technical discrepancies in Architect drawings, particularly focusing on requirements like Shaft specifications.
• Ensure proper file setup and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Initiate Requests for Information (RFI) in case of technical discrepancies in Architect drawings.
• Establish BIM-integrated workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to project team members on BIM processes.
• Review As-Built Drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor all MEP modelling and drawing activities, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting.
• Align activities with the program schedule to ensure a smooth flow of work and timely submission to the End Client.
• Extract MEP quantities from Revit models to support project estimating and analysis.
• Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers to ensure a seamless project delivery.
• Offer support in resolving technical challenges and optimizing project workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards will be considered an added value to the profile.

Skills Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in BIM engineering, specifically in the MEP domain. Proficiency in working with CDE platforms such as ACC/BIM360.
• Strong clash detection skills and the ability to provide effective technical resolutions.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to review As-Built Drawings for correctness and completeness.
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring MEP modeling and drawing activities.
• Competency in extracting MEP quantities from Revit models
