Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a Senior Power BI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale BI solutions in Bengaluru. You will architect end-to-end BI platforms, including data integration, semantic modeling, visualization, governance, and performance optimization, working with business stakeholders and cloud teams.

You will mentor BI teams, support pre-sales, and drive AI-enabled analytics, reporting best practices, and platform modernization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BI, Analytics, or data platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise BI transformation and Azure data ecosystems.
• Experience deploying BI platforms at scale (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong governance, KPI framework, and performance optimization knowledge.

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale business intelligence and analytics solutions. This role focuses on architecting end-to-end BI platforms, including data integration, semantic modeling, visualization, governance, and performance optimization. You will serve as a trusted advisor for analytics strategy, working closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and cloud architects to build scalable, secure, and insight-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, semantic layers, and SQL.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale BI transformation and modernization programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure data and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with large-scale deployments of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Strong understanding of analytics governance, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience in AI-enabled BI, insight automation, and advanced analytics initiatives is highly desirable.
