Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a Senior Power BI Architect in Bengaluru to lead enterprise BI architecture and delivery of analytics platform solutions. You will design data models, semantic layers, metrics governance, and reporting frameworks while collaborating with data engineering and cloud teams to integrate BI with Azure-based ecosystems.

You will guide stakeholders, mentor BI teams, and drive AI-enabled analytics, governance, and performance optimization across large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, semantic layers, and SQL.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale BI transformation and modernization programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure data and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Strong understanding of analytics governance, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Experience in AI-enabled BI and advanced analytics is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities in analytics teams at scale.
