Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) seeks a Senior Power BI Architect to lead enterprise BI design and delivery. You will architect end-to-end BI platforms, overseeing data integration, semantic modeling, and governance while partnering with data engineering and cloud teams to enable scalable, secure analytics.

The role requires 15+ years in BI with hands-on Power BI, Azure, and data modeling expertise. You will mentor BI teams, support pre-sales, and drive AI-enabled analytics across large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, semantic layers, and SQL.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale BI transformation and modernization programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure data and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with large-scale deployments of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Strong understanding of analytics governance, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience in AI-enabled BI, insight automation, and advanced analytics initiatives is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of mentoring teams and building analytics capabilities at scale.
