Role Description

The Sr. Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for leading daily beverage service and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role includes preparing and serving coffee and other café beverages to high standards, overseeing food preparation for menu items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. The Sr. Barista will guide and support junior baristas, help manage inventory and supplies, and uphold quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The role also involves engaging with guests, sharing menu and café concept knowledge, handling customer feedback, and contributing to a welcoming environment that reflects the café’s indie music culture.
