PwC Service Delivery Center seeks a Senior Associate with deep PMO experience to lead governance, planning, and execution across advisory initiatives in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering data-driven project outcomes and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and communications while leveraging MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce clear governance artifacts and reports.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, business transformation.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong in MS Project, PPT and memo communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives with clear scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Manage issues/risks with RAID and RCAM blends.
• Oversee the integrated project plan to augment the current team and ensure progress.
• Communicate with SLT, project teams, and steering committees effectively.
• Drive workstream execution and monitor progress to unblock issues.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Manage issues / risks. Good RAID management expertise with a blend of RCAM
• Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team. Good project planning skills.
• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. - good communication skills
• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications
• Managing workstream execution for projects.
• Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project / program management certification preferred
