Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives impacted by policy and regulatory changes. You will ensure clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and actions while coordinating with SLT and project teams.

The role requires strong MS Office skills (MS Project, PowerPoint) and a track record in project management. BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech graduates with 5–12 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, business transformation.
Healthcare domain experience desired.
Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications.

Responsibilities

Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for the initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes.
Manage issues / risks with RAID management expertise.
Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team.
Coordinate communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. and other stakeholders.

Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for the initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
Manage issues / risks. Good RAID management expertise with a blend of RCAM
Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team. Good project planning skills.
Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. – good communication skills
Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications
Managing workstream execution for projects.
Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.
PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project / program management certification preferred
