Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Master's in Statistics preferred.
• Experience in insurance claims processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process auto insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze clients policy coverage to provide actionable recommendations and ensure optimal protection.
• Investigate and resolve complex insurance-related issues, escalating as necessary to maintain service quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers, underwriters, and agents to facilitate smooth policy implementation and claims resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of claims, interactions, and resolutions to support audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
