Job summary

Riveron India is seeking a strong Instructional Designer to develop engaging digital learning experiences by collaborating with SMEs and senior designers to design and build learning content.

You will work across multiple projects, convert source material into learner-friendly formats, storyboard, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional design.
• Experience developing digital learning content.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for digital learning.

• Collaborate with SMEs in the design and development of eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to produce courses.
• Conduct basic needs analysis and learning content research.
• Perform course reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and learning objectives.
• Work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.

• You are good at storyboarding

• You can independently work on eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)

• You are capable of content structuring and writing

• You have attention to detail

• You are a team player and can collaborate with SMEs

What You’ll Do:
