Summary of Position
We are seeking a Sr. Associate I, Digital Adoption Specialist - WalkMe to drive adoption and user enablement across Alcon’s Surgical Digital Health solutions. This role will design and deliver in-app guidance, training experiences, and adoption strategies that help surgeons, clinical staff, patients, and commercial teams effectively use digital products. Working closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders, you will transform complex workflows into intuitive user experiences using WalkMe.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Adoption & WalkMe
- Design, develop, and maintain WalkMe solutions (Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, onboarding flows).
- Configure targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
- Optimize adoption experiences across Digital Health applications.
Training & Enablement
- Develop role-based learning journeys and training content.
- Simplify complex workflows into effective in-app guidance.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning best practices.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and completion metrics.
- Identify friction points and drive continuous improvement.
- Measure and report user adoption and training effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Product, IT, Engineering, and business teams.
- Gather requirements and translate user needs into adoption solutions.
- Support digital transformation and change initiatives.
Change Management
- Drive adoption strategies for product launches and enhancements.
- Reduce reliance on traditional training through digital guidance.
- Support communication and user engagement plans.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree with 3–7+ years in Digital Adoption, Training, Learning & Development, or Change Management.
- Hands‑on experience with WalkMe or similar DAP platforms (Whatfix, Pendo).
- Configuration of WalkMe on the application.
- Strong instructional design and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Preferred
- WalkMe certification (Builder I/II or higher).
- Experience with analytics, change management frameworks (ADKAR/Prosci), LMS platforms, and regulated environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
