In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end process delivery across learning operations and support. You will manage a small team, act as the first level of quality control, handle escalations, and support the global HR and L&D stakeholders with timely and compliant administration. This role demands strong operational execution, stakeholder communication, and functional knowledge of LMS tools.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance programs and policies;
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans;
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting HR practices and update policies accordingly;
• Provide training and guidance to HR staff on compliance matters;
• Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to address compliance concerns;
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits;
• Assist in investigations related to HR compliance issues;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements.
