Job summary

Genpact in Jaipur, India invites you to join as Sr. Associate - F&A (R2R). You will perform end-to-end General Accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, bank and intercompany reconciliations, and fixed assets maintenance, contributing to close processes and accuracy.

This role offers exposure to process improvements, SOX compliance support, and collaboration with global teams in an innovation-driven environment powered by Genpact's AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees listed in relevant fields (Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance).
• Master's in Finance is a plus for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day General Accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other close-related tasks.
• Handle Fixed Assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Conduct Intercompany Accounting and Bank/Investment Reconciliations.
• Perform General Ledger Reconciliations and FA Reconciliations; identify balancing items and clearance.
• Support Internal and External Audit and SOX Compliance; identify opportunities for process improvements.
