Genpact is hiring for a Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R to oversee general accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. The role covers fixed assets capitalization, intercompany accounting, bank reconciliations, and comprehensive GL reconciliations.

You will contribute to corporate reporting and assist SOX/compliance efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across finance, drive process improvements, and adapt to a hybrid work model with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance.

Mansioni

• Review team’s day-to-day activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and month-end close.
• Manage Fixed Assets capitalization and maintenance, intercompany accounting and bank/investment reconciliations.
• Conduct General Ledger reconciliations and FA reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and clearance; Escheat reconciliations; populate corporate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance; seek process and automation improvements.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to General Accounting domain. Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests Month End Close Activities Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintenance Intercompany Accounting Bank and Investment Reconciliations General Ledger Reconciliations Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL) Identifying balancing items and its clearance Escheat Reconciliations Corporate Reporting Internal and External Audit SOX Compliance Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
