Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A (R2R) to support month-end close, account reconciliations, and intercompany activities within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will work hybrid, English proficiency required, and you will contribute to SOX compliance, corporate reporting, and process improvements while partnering with global teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance required.
• Masters in Finance preferred or equivalent professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Review team's day to day activities including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Handle Month End Close Activities and Fixed Assets processes.
• Oversee Intercompany Accounting and Bank reconciliations.
• Maintain General Ledger reconciliations and AP/AR throughput.
• Support Escheat and Regulatory compliance tasks.
• Assist in Corporate Reporting and Internal/External Audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
