Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in AI and digital transformation, is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A - R2R to drive high-precision billing reconciliations and cash applications in a hybrid India-based role.

The ideal candidate has a finance or commerce background, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a track record in BPO-style processes. In this position you will collaborate across time zones and with multiple stakeholders to improve KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of billing, cash, and ledger balances.
• Complete transaction matching and apply customer payments.
• Record small dollar adjustments and support carrier payables settlement.
• Monitor aged receivables and escalate exceptions.
• Support direct billing reconciliation with carrier statements.
