Role Overview:

Flatworld Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect (B.Arch./M.Arch) to join our Engineering Services division. The ideal candidate will have8–12 years of proven experience leading teams of architects and drafters onNorth American and UK residential, commercial, and hospital projects. The roledemands hands-on expertise across all project phases, a strong grasp of USarchitectural standards, and the ability to drive project success for globalclients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadand manage multi-disciplinary teams of architects and drafters onlarge-scale residential, commercial, and hospital projects for the US, UK,and international markets.


• Overseeall project phases, including concept design, schematic design, designdevelopment, construction documentation, and construction administration.


• Supervisethe preparation and review of millwork shop drawings and interior fit-outpackages, ensuring technical precision and alignment with client andproject requirements.


• Ensurecompliance with US and UK architectural standards, local codes, and clientspecifications.


• Coordinatewith clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projectgoals, timelines, and budgets are met.


• Reviewand validate drawings, models, and deliverables for accuracy, quality, andtechnical integrity.


• Mentorand train junior architects and drafters, fostering a culture of technicalexcellence and continuous improvement.


• Supportbusiness development by contributing to proposals, client presentations,and technical solutions.


• Stayabreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesrelevant to architectural design and delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sor master’s degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accreditedinstitution.


• 8–12years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in aleadership or team management role.


• Demonstratedexperience delivering North American and UK residential, commercial, andhospital projects.


• Comprehensiveunderstanding of the full architectural project life cycle and variousdelivery models.


• Hands-onexperience in developing and coordinating millwork shop drawings andinterior fit-out detailing for diverse project types.


• Goodknowledge of US/UK architectural standards, codes, and regulations.


• Proficiencyin architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, andBIM platforms.


• Strongcommunication, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.


• Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a deadline-drivenenvironment.

Preferred:

• LEED,NCARB, RIBA, or other relevant certifications.
