Job summary

Feedback Business Insights Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru South is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Research to lead B2B CSAT projects from client scoping to actionable recommendations.

You will own client interactions, manage stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT/ESAT/DSAT), and mentor junior teammates while tracking project revenue and margins. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end primary research experience (design, administration & analysis).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience in stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT/ESAT/DSAT) is a plus.
