Job summary

Expound Technivo is seeking a Data Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud) in Mumbai to design and deliver analytical dashboards from scratch, and to optimize existing SAP BI solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide customers on data utilization and ensure successful adoption of SAC-based analytics.

You should bring hands-on SAC experience, data modeling skills, and comfort working across SAP tooling. Willingness to travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Analytics technologies and SAC preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing data models and dashboards.
• Familiarity with SAP data structures and end-to-end data flow.
• Experience in implementing, upgrading and post-production support projects is a plus.

Data Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud) – Mumbai

As an SAP consultant, you'll support customers in effectively using SAP software, integrating multiple third‑party tools with their existing technology performing activities like migration and upgradation, adopting it widely across their organization, and continuously gaining business value from our products and services. By engaging your customers in a consultative manner grounded in success metrics, meaningful relationships, and change management concepts, you'll position yourself as a long‑term trusted partner across the customer's lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and support. Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will plan, design and develop analytical dashboards from scratch.
• Maintain, re‑design and migrate pre‑existing dashboards and queries based on SAP Business Warehouse or any other warehouse.
• Understand the data flow process and guide the customer to make the most of the current data that they have.
• Design, develop and/or re‑engineer current running application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
• Have knowledge and experience on SAP Workflow.
• Be flexible and work analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
• Be able to travel to client sites (local or overseas).
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Demonstrates proven technical experience with SAP Analytics technologies: S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies and BI/visualization tools.
• Good understanding of SAP data structures, end‑to‑end data flow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc.
• Hands‑on experience on SAC as a planning tool, designing/implementing data models.
• Hands‑on experience in BIP 4.x platform on Central Management Console and BI Launchpad settings including access management, object promotions, etc.
• Experience in Lumira Designer, Lumira Discovery and Web Intelligence complex report building development and support.
• Experience in designing queries through Bex designer (cross calculation/formulas).

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and Post‑Production support projects would be an advantage.
• Well‑versed with different technologies such as Data lakes, AWS, SAC, Power‑BI, Tableau.
