Job summary

DXC Technology in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. You will develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services, write optimized SQL, and troubleshoot performance issues across application and database layers.

Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11+, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and Microservices is required, along with proficiency in SQL and tools like

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java 8/11+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience in SQL query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
