Responsibilities

• Technical Transport Planning: Drive delivery and data synthesis for urban transit systems, focusing on multi-modal integration, route planning, traffic studies, station design, and last mile connectivity.
• Project Governance & Coordination: Manage day-to-day project operations, coordinate with domain experts, project managers and clients, and handle progress reports and stakeholder communication.
• Business Development & Commercials: Support bid preparation, track opportunities, and assist with technical proposals, plus managing procurement and contract administration tasks.
• Systems / Software Application: Apply knowledge of Metro, High-Speed Rail, and BRTS systems; support project design with MS Office, GIS, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance & Coordination: Manage day-to-day project operations by coordinating with domain experts, project managers, and clients, while handling progress reports, minutes, and stakeholder communication.
• Business Development & Commercials: Support bid preparation, track new opportunities, and assist with the development of technical proposals, alongside managing procurement and contract administration tasks.
• Systems / Software Application: Leverage knowledge of Metro, High-Speed Rail, and BRTS systems to support project design, applying strong technical writing skills and software proficiency in PTV VISSIM, GIS, and MS Office.
