Responsabilités

• End-to-End R2R Process Management - handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• General Ledger Accounting - prepare, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; perform reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules; manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Compliance & Controls - ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX; support statutory and internal audits.
• Process Improvements - identify gaps and implement improvements; drive automation and efficiency in R2R processes.
• Stakeholder Management - collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders; provide timely reporting and insights to management.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
• Process transactions accurately per SOP/Policy.

The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End R2R Process Management - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance. Support statutory audits and internal audits.
• Process Improvements - Identify gaps and implement process improvement initiatives. Drive automation and efficiency improvements in the R2R processes.
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Provide timely reporting and insights to management.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
• Process the transactions accurately, in accordance with SOP, Policy and Accepted
