Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced R2R Lead to manage end-to-end Record to Report processes across regions, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes.

You will drive process improvements, automation initiatives (Power Automate), and ERP-related projects, mentor the R2R team, and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end R2R processes across multiple countries/regions.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and financial statements.
• Review statements for compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Monitor team output, SLAs and KPIs; post journals, accruals and adjustments.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Lead fixed asset accounting, capitalization, disposals and depreciation.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support statutory/audit activities.
• Mentor and develop R2R staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Drive resource planning, workload and succession planning.

Role Overview

The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.

The position also supports transformation initiatives, automation projects, and ERP implementations to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• – Manage and oversee end-to-end Record to Report processes across multiple countries / regions.
• – Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• – Review financial statements and supporting schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• – Monitor team deliverables, productivity, and adherence to established SLAs and KPIs.
• – Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• – Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis and Management reports.
• – Lead fixed asset accounting processes, including capitalization, disposals, depreciation, and asset verification.
• – Oversee intercompany accounting activities, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• – Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance.
• – Support statutory audits and internal audits.
• – Lead, mentor, and develop R2R team members to achieve operational and professional goals.
• – Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
