Job summary

Datamatics Business Solutions is seeking an accounting professional to collaborate with Canadian accounting firms to ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deadlines are met. You will prepare financial statements from base records for different organizations and manage daily time sheet submissions and workflow updates.

Post-training, work will transition to a hybrid model with options to work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience finalizing books of accounts.
• Experience in Indian taxation.
• End-to-end accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deadlines managed for Canadian firms.
• Prepare financial statements from base records for different client organizations.
• Submit timesheets daily and update workflow systems.
• Update client MIS and other reports.
• Perform month-end closing activities for clients.
• Process and review accounts jobs up to delivery.

Role & responsibilities

• Working with Canadian accounting firms to ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deadlines are met.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in finalization of books of accounts

Shift Timings

• 11 AM to 8 AM IST (During Training)
• 7 AM to 10 PM any 9 hours shift (Post Training)
