Job summary

NLB Services in India seeks a CA Inter-aspired professional to support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a US shift.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements in accounting while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• CA Inter preferred; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce required.
• 25 years of relevant accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Good communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• US Shift timing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support financial statement preparation, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect information, resolve accounting queries, and meet reporting timelines.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and expense classification as applicable.
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or reporting enhancements.
