Job summary

Datamatics Business Solutions in Mumbai (Andheri MIDC) invites applications for an Accountant/Senior Accountant in Canada Accounts & Finance. Finalization of accounts experience (corporate or individual) is mandatory; tax experience is a plus.

You will coordinate with international accounting firms to meet monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines. We welcome B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA interns, CA pursuing or dropouts (3–7 years) and candidates who are Mumbai-based.

Qualifications

• Finalization of accounts experience mandatory for corporate or individual clients.
• Experience range of 3 to 7 years.
• CA background preferred but open to others with accounts finalisation experience.
• Mumbai-based with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts 7 AM–11 PM.
• Comfortable working from office and home.

Responsibilities

• Submit daily timesheets and update workflow systems.
• Update client MIS and other reports.

We are hiring for Canada - Accounts & Finance Position : Accountant/Senior Accountant

Experience in finalization of accounts is mandatory (corporate or individual) & tax experience would be an added advantage.

Job Description :

• Working with international accounting firms to ensure all monthly ,quarterly and annual compliance deadlines are met.
• Preparing Financial statements and other reports from base records for different organizations.
• Complying with daily submission of time sheet, updating workflow systems.
• Updating Client MIS and other reports.
• Performing month-end closing activities for clients.
• Preparing Individual, Corporate and Trust tax returns.
• Preparing tax calculations and various tax schedules.
