Job summary

Kaapro Management Solutions in Ahmedabad is seeking a Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, GST/TDS filings, and stock reconciliation for bullion and gold jewellery.

Based at Manek Chowk, the role requires 5-8 years of experience, strong Tally ERP/Prime skills, and coordination with senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The position is full-time and on-site with standard hours 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
• Practical experience in end-to-end GST and TDS filing.
• Good knowledge of audit documentation and preparation.
• Experience in physical stock/inventory reconciliation; bullion, commodities or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP/Prime.
• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Handle TDS returns and related compliances.
• Manage ledgers, vouchers, bank reconciliation, payments, receivables and payables.
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits, filings and assessments.
• Reconcile physical gold/silver stock with purchase, sales and delivery records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS for management.
