Qualifications

This position involves quality assuring compact models generated by our group, while working in a highly interactive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality assuring compact models across multiple technology nodes.
• Maintaining, improving and writing new python scripts to automate the QA process.

Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing Masters in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields with exposure to semiconductor devices.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following qualifications will have an added advantage:

• Graduate-level coursework or projects related to device simulation, circuit simulation, or compact model development.
• Expertise in Python scripting for data analysis and automation.
• Cognitive flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving software environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
